How we started:

The idea for TechMinds began after witnessing two very specific things.

From where we’re sitting, that kind of nickel and diming of honest consumers and businesses is unacceptable.  Any process which takes less than 30 seconds should be included free of charge.  With our 5-star Smartphone package, we don’t just pair your headset and send you away.  You’ll sit down with a certified TechMinds representative who truly enjoys making your smartphone the most productive and cost-saving tool you’ve ever purchased.  If you want an hour of training from Geek Squad, be prepared to pay another $150 fee.

2)  There is no good resource for all encompassing mobile technology questions.
